二、嚴格遵守《產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量法》、《標準化法》、《計量法》等法律法規(guī),嚴格執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品標準,不制假、不售假,杜絕虛假宣傳,堅決抵制假冒偽劣、欺詐消費者等失信違法行為,不侵害其他企業(yè)合法權益。
三、加強全員、全過程、全方位的質(zhì)量管理,推行先進質(zhì)量管理方法,完善計量保證體系、標準化體系和質(zhì)量管理,嚴格原材料、生產(chǎn)過程、產(chǎn)品出廠和儲運銷售全過程的質(zhì)量控制。
四、建立質(zhì)量安全事故主動報告制度,嚴格落實質(zhì)量安全責任追究制度,完善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯體系,及時解決消費者的質(zhì)量投訴,自覺履行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量召回、“三包”等產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量責任和義務。
